Don’t have a large chunk of time to devote to exercising? Divide your exercise routine into two parts. Don’t necessarily increase your workout time, just break it in half. If you cut your work out into half, do the first session early in the day and the second half in the evening. If you break your work out into 3 sessions, do the middle session near lunch time. If you do not want to visit the gym two times in a day, do one of the workouts at home.

Mix up workout routines with plenty of different exercises. That way, your sessions will never be boring, and your motivation will remain high. Also, once your muscles become acclimated to a particular set of exercises, you stop getting as much benefit from that workout.

During your workout, ensure that you exhale after every weight rep. This give your body more energy as you take in more air after each exhale.

When you are doing repetitious exercises that require you to count how many you’re doing, start at the number you want to achieve and count backwards. This will help you get a better idea of how many you have left and keep you motivated a lot better than counting up.
