Start about a foot and a half away from the wall, with your back towards the wall. Lean back and bend your knees until you feel you back touching the wall. After that you want to keep bending your knees so that your thighs are level to the floor, ending up so it looks like you’re sitting. Hold this sitting position as long as possible.
